Areas of application:
- Firming of the skin of the face, neck and décolleté
- Reduction of wrinkles (e.g. crow’s feet, wrinkles above the upper lip)
- Acne scars and other scars
- Treatment of pigmentation spots
- Introduction of active ingredients into the skin
What method do we use?
There are many different solutions available
on the market for microneedling of the skin, including:
Roller, Derma Stamp. To obtain the right results,
it is very important that the
device has a medical device certificate.
At the Eilionoir Graböv clinic,
we use a device from amlea med aesthetics
a class IIa medical device.
Clinical microneedling using Amlea Med is often used as a method of minimally invasive percutaneous collagen induction (PCI) in the reduction of scar tissue, e.g. acne scars.
What does the procedure involve?
Microneedling has been considered a gentle and safe procedure for years, used to firm the skin, improve its appearance and reduce scars. The procedure is performed using a special device equipped with thin, sterile titanium needles. The ultra-thin needles of the patented attachment stimulate extremely sensitive receptors in the skin and trigger an immediate regeneration process. Fibroblasts are stimulated
to produce new collagen fibers, which causes the skin
to rebuild and regenerate.
The skin looks younger and fresher, the connective tissue is
firmer and smoother.
With Microneedling you benefit from the natural protective functions of your skin: The method uses
the principle that your tissue regenerates itself immediately with the smallest injuries.
Microneedling is an effective method for skin rejuvenation and is much more harmless than the name suggests. In particular in the treatment of scars and stretch marks, therapy is considered a revolution among different methods. The treatment is painless and there is no downtime.
With microneedling therapy, the problem skin
is treated with a so-called microperforator. Using fine needles, this creates an even perforation of the dermis and epidermis. The needle length and speed can be adapted exactly to the therapy needs. Microneedling therapy creates micro-wounds and the skin reacts with a healing process. In order to repair the skin, your cells and stem cells are stimulated to produce more collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. These skin’s own substances are essential for the strength and elasticity of the connective tissue. Growth hormones are increasingly released and new tiny blood vessels
can develop.
Your skin can look younger, fresher and firmer after the first application. Another advantage of microneedling is the improved and increased absorption capacity of the skin for rejuvenating active ingredients, which can penetrate the skin much deeper through the therapy.
Microneedling has been established for years as a safe procedure for improving skin tightening, skin appearance and in scar therapy. This treatment, combined with medical cosmetic products (cosmeceuticals), gives your skin back its youthful vitality.
EXOSOMES
EXOSOMES IN COSMETOLOGY –
NEXT GENERATION REGENERATIVE THERAPY AND ANTI-AGING
Exosomes are an innovative solution in cosmetology and regenerative medicine and dermatology, which is a very dynamically developing field of science. Continuous research is underway on the mechanism and methods of obtaining and culturing stem cells and growth factors, in order to use them to repair damaged or replace worn-out cells, tissues and even organs. The techniques of this branch of medicine are already used in clinical practice, e.g. in orthopedics – in the regeneration of joint cartilage and ligaments, in the treatment of degenerative changes in ligaments and the spine, in the treatment of inflammation and pain of soft tissues and joints.
WHAT ARE EXOSOMES IN COSMETOLOGY?
Exosomes, the so-called biological booster, are
an innovative solution in skin therapy in cosmetology. Their use in regenerative medicine is called
a breakthrough in cellular biotechnology. Currently, dermatology and aesthetic medicine demand therapies aimed at supporting the body’s natural regenerative processes and self-renewal of damaged tissues.
Exosomes are extracellular vesicles produced by stem cells. They are nanometer-sized and circulate in body fluids, playing a key role in intercellular communication. They are the most important mediator of intercellular communication.
They are the most important mediators of intercellular communication – they act as transmitters from stem cells to other cells,
even distant ones.
Stem cell
- Exosomes contain over 1,000 types of peptides, from 500 to 800 proteins, over 370 different types of lipids, antioxidants, enzymes, growth factors, as well as cytokines (proteins) that stimulate other cells of the immune system to specific reactions.
- These membrane structures have extraordinary anti-inflammatory, regenerative and repair potential and because their “recipients” include fibroblasts,
it was decided to use them in skin renewal therapy.

EFFECT ON SKIN CONDITION
Clinical studies have shown that exosomes derived from human mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) have
a beneficial and comprehensive effect on the condition of the skin – they stimulate cell differentiation, i.e. their growth, maturation and specialization, increase
the synthesis of collagen and elastin, stimulate angiogenesis, i.e. the formation of new blood vessels, as well as accelerate and regulate the wound
healing process.

EFFECTS OF EXOSOMS THERAPY IN COSMETOLOGY
- The greatest advantage of exosomes in cosmetology is the acceleration of regenerative processes in tissues – they are necessary for these processes to occur, due to their rich composition.
- Applying them to the skin improves its overall condition – it becomes properly hydrated, elastic, its color improves, wrinkles are reduced, and its visible rejuvenation can be seen by triggering
collagen production. - The therapy has a beneficial effect on the treatment of hypermelanosis, relieves inflammation and affects the reconstruction of the skin barrier
in the case of various dermatoses. - In addition, exosomes accelerate wound healing and prevent the formation of unsightly scars. What’s more, exosomes are also successfully used in the treatment of androgenic and telogen alopecia in both men and women.
- The effects of treatments performed on the skin appear after 6-7 weeks,
and after 3-4 months on the hair.
SAFETY OF THERAPY
- Treatment time 90-120 minutes
- Frequency of treatments 3-4 weeks
- Recommended number of treatments 5
